Fantastic accommodation close to train station. Absolutely gorgeous gardens offering a tranquil environment to be in. This hotel also has the limousine bus directly to Narita airport. Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. They understand English and speak it which is so much easier to communicate. Room was large and spacious as was the bathroom and toilet. It also has a 7-11 in the hotel. Highly recommend, i will definitely be staying there again when i return to Japan

Convenient hotel in lovely grounds

Check in and out were efficient. Disappointing we couldn’t get a drink or a quick bite to eat when we arrived about 9.30pm after a very long journey - ended up at 7/11. Very near the station so location good, lovely gardens, room was fine. We found a little café for breakfast in the sister hotel which was very handy. Arranged luggage forwarding very efficiently for us.

I ne needed to extend my stay so I made a separate reservation for an extra night. They would not let me stay in the same room, because of the booking category, so I had to change rooms. The room I changed to was okay but a definite downgrade for the same rate. It had no drawers to put my things in. As I said in my review of the previous room the gym is inadequate. I asked for an extra one hour late checkout and was denied. The hotel front desk staff doesn't seem capable of accommodating any special request.

The hotel was situated in a convenient area close to Shangawa station .. there is a small hill you need to walk up to.. the room had a lot of space and staff was very friendly

Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice with good amenities. Gym is inadequate. Club lounge food quality is very good but could use a little more selections. Location near Shinagawa station is convenient despite the construction in the area.
