Its in Shibuya about 15 min walk to the main shopping and dining areas and Shibuya station. A little bit off the main path location and if it wasn't Japan, might even feel a little unsafe but otherwise was fine. The rooms are tiny but functional. If you need or want to stay in Shibuya I thought it was a good location, but wife felt otherwise. Definitely some positives and negatives that people will have differing opinions on.

I would describe the Dormy Inn as average. The rooms were ok but nothing special with a view overlooking a railway line and graveyard. The breakfast lacks a few norms such as fresh orange juice. When we asked reception for an extra couple of pillows they said they could only provide one! Overall not a very memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, but after a long day in Tokyo we had no problems sleeping regardless.

Lovely big room. Nice garden and pool. 20 Mins from airport with regular free shuttle bus. Check in and check out very quick and efficient.

Lovely hotel in Tokyo, the ice creams, noodles and yoghurts offered throughout the day was a great addition. The onsen was lovely and great after a long day of travelling. It’s in a great location within walking distance to Shibuya and Harajuku. The only issue was they only gave us one pillow each and when requested more they said they had no more.

Our stay was good. Bed was very small to share with my son and we are not big people. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was close to everything, great location. It is next to the train tracks but if you keep the window closed it’s pretty quiet. The bathroom had a sulfur Oder but that may because of the hot springs onsite. I did not use the onsen because we have tattoos which prevented us from be allowed to use it. All good we knew that before we came.

A great little hotel to stay with family. It is well located - really close to transport, Shibuya scramble and Takeshita street. Lots of little delight moments make up for the noisy location. It is right on the train tracks so there is constant train noise. The rooms are small but well laid out and workable. Overall a great hotel for a short Tokyo stay.

Overall our stay was wonderful. It was our first time in Tokyo and this was a good place to stay considering it was close to the metro and shopping areas. Only con was that our refrigerator broke but everything else was good.

Might be my new favorite hotel in Shibuya. For some reason this area is a little more quiet than other places in Shibuya so you’re not constantly in the madness but all the great shopping is just a few blocks away. Ending your day with a nice Onsen is also welcome.

This was the perfect combo of everything I wanted in Shibuya. Proximity to shops, late hours onsen, with the benefit of an incredibly friendly and patient staff. I actually miss this place given the new hotel I’m in now. Only critique I have is that I wish the beds and pillows were softer. Otherwise this was an excellent experience and high mark of my trip.
