Conveniently located to the train station so it makes getting around Japan super easy. Good size room and bathroom. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a small lip/ledge into the bathroom and you stub your foot on it pretty easily.

One of the best choices I made for our Tokyo trip. The hotel is old but very well managed. Rooms are large considering it is in the center of Tokyo (I heard it's rare for hotels in city center to have rooms of this size). Staffs are the best and the most polite ones. Hotel is also connect to a pass way that leads to the subway station. However I do recommend walking on the street as the pass way can be very hot and stuffy in the summer. But it must be a great option when it rains or when it's cold outside. The location is the BEST as it's surrounded by convenient stores, shops, restaurants, tax-free drug stores, and right next to one of the biggest railway stations, that leads to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

Excellent hotel with amazing staff and in superb location. We were very pleased with our stay at the Daiichi Hotel Tokyo. The room was spacious and cleaned daily - plenty of towels provided and we also received water bottles every day. The staff went above and beyond and were always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - close to various overground and underground lines at Shimbachi station and Hibiya station and around a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Haneda airport. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and drug stores nearby, too, making the stay very convenient and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again at this hotel.
