Great hotel in Shinjuku

Centrally located in Shinjuku, nightlight is just outside the hotel. Very safe and great location with lots of options for food close by.

The property is very conveniently located in Shinjuku if in a bit of a concerning area with a lot of bars and late night action which requires you to run a gauntlet of touts and people who have had a few too many.

Very very close to Golden Gai, 100 meters. Safe clean property. Our room was pretty small, but they may have larger I am not sure. Other than room size, there were no complaints. It is not fancy or luxury, but it is a well ran, great location place for a reasonable price. They had a nice laundry area, and clean restrooms in the lobby for when your small room is just a little too small. Recommended for those to which this appeals.

I was very disappointed booking this hotel, for the price i 've paid i was expected at lease 3 and half to 4 star by looking at the picture, even when we have arrived to the hotel waiting at the lobby, it was still looks presentable to be honest.... But soon as you walk out the elevator of your floor, the carpet was disgusting , very dirty you can't imagine, and soon as we entered the room, so smelly by very strong of cooking food with heavy spicy , i quickly asked to be switched ,after switching to 10 floor , then was normal, the mentioned room was on the 3 floor far end. I never seen a bed without head board ,we booked two beds all without head board, i guess every floor room 's bed are the same the one we saw one the 3 floor as well, also right away you noticing the bed only has bed sheet but the bottom has no skirt at all , you can imagine how many stars this hotel is? I wonder does the manager or the owner of this hotels know about the condition inside of the rooms at all? The services was amazing , everyone was attentive ,and the lobby looks fantastic , I'm sure with all good condition, people will come back, and they will no bad reviews, everyone was attracted by the look of lobby.
