Lots of small restaurants in the area. Walkable to Hie shrine and Akasaka and Akasaka-Mitsake. Great location. The beds were pretty firm. The kitchen had a hot plate, fridge, sink, tea kettle, and a washer dryer combo machine. It took about 5 hours to wash and dry a load. No drying line in the room. And no wall plugs in the kitchen. If you use the side bed for 3 people there isn’t anywhere to sit in the rooms other than the beds. But overall it worked for our simple needs.

stayed at Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka for over a week, and I must say this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had, especially as an international traveller. The noise levels overnight were absolutely unacceptable — shouting and screaming were a regular occurrence well into the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to get any restful sleep. This was not an isolated incident but happened consistently throughout my stay. The front reception staff were unable to communicate in English, which made even basic interactions unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. For a hotel that presents itself as suitable for international guests, this is a significant shortcoming. Despite staying for more than 7 days, the cleaners refused to clean the floors. Basic hygiene and maintenance should be a given, regardless of how long a guest is staying. This level of service is simply not acceptable. What was most concerning — and not disclosed at the time of booking — is that the hotel is located in a red-light district, which raises significant safety concerns, particularly for families or solo travellers. This lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing and misleading. Overall, I found the hotel to be pathetic, poorly managed, and not at all reflective of Japanese hospitality standards. I would strongly discourage fellow Australians and other international visitors from booking this hotel. There are far better, safer, and more profess

Comfortable accommodations for a close family of three. We had a laundry in our room which was highly appreciated. They even provide a detergent. Great staff and service. Only downside is the noise of partying crowds outside if you are sensitive to that. We were so tired at the end of each day that, with a set of ear plugs, we slept like babies despite the loud people on the street. Thank you for having us!

Our 1st hotel in Japan. Nice hotel. Booked for 3 person for me and my husband and one sofa bed for my 13 yr old daughter which already set up upon our arrival. Its a bit tight but have enough space to move around. Room has patio garden, It also has small kitchenette which we both didn't use for our 2 day stay. The toilet is separate tuck away from bedroom which is nice. Theres washing machine in the shower room. Hotel is in the busy street so theres lot of option for dining however i woke up around 1-3am because of noise in the street. I think theres a bar across street so its a bit noisy. Otherwise, we will stay again in this hotel. Staff are nice and welcoming! Also theres free necessities already. Toothbrush, shave, even laundry detergent free. Paid $200 for 2nights april month when all hotel are all booked and expensive due to sakura season.

Great location to stay. Close to Subway so access to anywhere is easy. Lots of great restaurants around. And also, you get your own balcony, which is very rare for Japan.

Really great stay. The room was very small as expected for Tokyo but with everything needed including kitchen and washing machine. The lobby had tea and coffee as well as a few small treats set out. There was also information on Sakura viewing sites and general information on Tokyo. Luggage storage was also provided. Many restaurants near by as well.

Well the property is pretty clean itself. The room that we were given did not look the same to what we had seen available in photos on the hotel website. The flooring in the bathroom had a crack in it and the shower was not level making it feel like there was a dip in it. For an upcharge, we were able to get into a queen and king for the remaining stay but the double room with the balcony was not worth the 1600$.

Very centrally located within walking distance of multiple stations. In the heart of Akasaka. Usually it’s pretty busy in the evenings outside, but the rooms are quiet. Small rooms, but that is as expected in Tokyo.
