I liked that there were a lot of amenities, you don’t even need to bring your own toiletries. Food is provided, as well as a sauna, massage chairs and Japanese manga. Some staff were nice and accommodating, some were not as nice.

Wanted to experience staying in a capsule hotel and I’m so glad I found this place. Such a great facility, the staff was very nice and the guests seemed to be all respectful of each other which was an added plus. To be honest, when I arrived I was a little confused at first since the locker rooms are in one floor and the capsule rooms are on another floor but I got adjusted to it the next day and it was no problem. The food, drinks, snacks and ice cream were great. I loved having curry for breakfast to start my day and then a nice shower and dip in the hot springs to end my day. If traveling solo or with girlfriends, would love to stay here again!

Perfect pod hotel

This is an amazing hotel. They have thought of everything. The pod itself was spacious and really comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The onsen and sauna were briiliant. The choice of toiletries was brilliant and the food and drink freely available in the wonderful lounge area was also brilliant. Not forgetting the wonderful massage chairs. All the staff were also really friendly and helpful. I really didnt want to leave and its my favourite hotel so far (Ive stayed in 8) Highly recommend you stay here.

First time to try a capsule hotel, exceeding my expectations! This women’s only hotel is amazing facilities, hot springs on the 8th floor. Very clean & all well thought off, food always available (Japanese rice, miso soup), ice cream & happy hour late afternoon included when you stayed - very rare in Tokyo! Super friendly staff. It was really quiet. Everyone was so considerate and stayed as quiet as possible. The pod itself was surprising so cozy and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were the perfect firmness/ softness for me personally.

The capsule itself was super clean. The onsen was really nice after a long travel day and the cold shower was a nice touch. There isnt a great selection for dinner, so i would recommend not relying on it. I was a bit worried about the capsule's alarm but it was definately enough to wake me up.

Great amenities, but only one elevator-so accessing luggage in lockers, going to shower room, the lounge area and then my capsule was a lot to navigate because everything on separate floors. If my knees were stronger, maybe not an issue. Stairs are available but located outside.

This was my first experience in a Japanese spa hotel and my first visit to a women's hotel. The bathhouse experience was unique and a great experience for a non-Japanese person. The staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the lounge on the 9th floor.

Everything about the property is great. Staff was normal and polite. I wish the deep cleaned the public bath due to other foreigners not knowing the shower etiquette (shower first then bath). The pods were spacious and the inclusive food and drinks were great. Would come back.

I could relax in the lounge. The staff was friendly. I used the laundry. I used the dryer 5 times (1000 yen). The second time I used it. I found the filter of the dryer was full of cotton dust. I cleaned the dryer filter and used it and it was dry in 2 times (400 yen). Be careful.
