The room is small but functional and cozy. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Price is amazing! It’s just a few minutes of walk from Asakusa and Ikegami line. Also 15 minutes from Togoshi Koen line which can take you in a few minutes to Ooimachi for plenty of shops and eateries, plus access to JR line. Such a convenient location for any purpose of your visit in Tokyo! Be sure to request facing the back for a quieter room.

For two times three days stay, they provided a small bottle water only for the first day(unbelievably). I saw a sign on the compact system bathroom, they wright “Here is drinking water.” Also their exhaust system is not good, we had dusty heater night with coughing on the day after they switched from cooling to heating. Most uncomfortable reason is too small space made us feeling still in the airplane even landed to the hotel. They have only one twin bed room in the building, and other rooms have only one bed in one room. My husband and I slept with the too small semi double bed which they charged two people price. Feeling very cheap management.

The hotel uses a central air conditioning system so it was very stuffy and hot, yet no way to adjust it. It was so bad i had to sleep somewhere else after the first night.

As a very last Minute booking, this broadly worked out well. We paid a premium, but if you book 30 mins before arrival, what can you expect. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms are small but very functional. If you are sharing a room, you need to be into cuddling and one of you will be by a wall The room was warm and we couldn’t change the setting from heat to cool. Note the fridge is off when you arrive, so if you intend to use it, turn it on We ate at the Chinese restaurant two doors up, (out of the hotel, turn left), it was one of the best meals we had. Ignore their initial attitude and you are in for a treat. We ended the meal having a shut in and chatting to the staff. The hotel has everything you need and the location is great for getting to the airport, food and shopping (go to Don Quixote it’s an experience) We paid for a late check out, unfortunately we were on the same floor as the cleaning store room, so the late check out was a bit pointless Super helpful staff, free bag storage, overall would recommend
