We stayed at this hotel during our last few days in Tokyo before heading to Haneda airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The station was super close so it was great for transportation

Great stay at a good price

My stay at this hotel was great overall, staff was kind, room was clean, prices were decent and the location was excellent with close proximity to several train stations. Only hiccup during the stay was that once or twice the towels brought to my room had small stains on them, nothing mayor but just something I noticed that might have been missed by a quick working cleaning crew. Despite this, the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall the hotel is good with the cleanliness and Onsen standing out. A big minus are the tiny rooms and small busy lobby. There is simply no space to move around. Also the screen based check-in process is complicated and time consuming.

Rooms are vet small, but it’s very clean, nice service, great food, the best spa. It’s very close to subway station and JR line.

Quick check in with self serve kiosk. Baths were very nice. Laundry was good. Breakfast was good. Decent selection. Close to subway. Are around the hotel didn’t offer much but easy enough to jump onto the subway to a better more lively area.

The air condition of the room can't be controlled by myself. My room was the 18th floors and then when it was very sunny day, the room temperature became sky-high ! However, it was impossible for me to control the room temperature by myself. It was very hot and uncomfortable to stay there.

The establishment as a whole was amazing. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the outdoor bath lets you relax while being one with nature. The room is small but honestly you only need to be in your room for sleep.
