Comfortable, organised and friendly hotel at a goo

Comfortable, organised and friendly hotel at a good price. We appreciated the friendly service and free bag hold so we could explore before/ after check in/ out without our heavy bags. The room is small but extremely functional with everything you need. The bed was comfortable with a feather duvet, soft sheets and comfortable pillows. We were given clean towels every day and you can have your room “made up” every day too. Excellent location for fish markets, Ginza and central Tokyo! Really good value for money, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely first experience in Tokyo 😊

Good location

Two nights at this hotel. Very good location. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the air conditioning was not working properly and was dusty and moldy. The room was stinky. I asked the hotel for fixing the issue, which was done quickly. The room was small but ok for the price. The restaurant of the hotel was closed and it was not mentionned on hotels.com website.

I stayed there for a 2 day trip as a solo traveller. I found it convenient to go anywhere from there on train/metro and the room was clean and decent size. 7 eleven is right across the street which is great! Overall it was great short stay.

Great little hotel! Comfy bed, which is less than usual in Japan. Rooms are tiny but large enough if you don’t spend much time in the room. No space to unpack - so, you’ll live out of your suitcase. But for the price, it’s absolutely great!

I booked a non-smoking double room, but the one we were given had a strong smell of smoke. When I raised the issue, they assured me they would clean the room thoroughly and, if the smell persisted, they would switch us to a different room, subject to availability. After the room was cleaned, the smell of smoke still lingered.

As with all hotels in Japan, it was small. What was upsetting was no air conditioner in the room. Had to open windows and my son ended up getting mosquito bites everywhere!

Comfy bed and close to transit

Most comfortable bed of my trip, close to metro and JR trains for transit. Easy walking distance to Tsukiji market. Only a few stops from Disney.
