We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price.

This is an older hotel and can use some enhancements. For example the key pads on the doors did not work well. My parent’s room had the most issues where they had to wait 20 mins for their door to be opened by maintenance. They also had consistent issues with their TV. Most staff was very helpful but the hotel lacked a lot. The food in the restaurant was also very poor quality.

From the beginning my experience was horrible. Getting told payment was not done to not being let in the room at a reasonable time. Room smelled and not very nice as in photos. Next day being followed to see what room number I am.

La habitación en todo momento muy limpia (creo que esto fue lo mejor). El estacionamiento se paga aparte, pero es económico. El personal muy atento en todo momento. La caja fuerte estaba bloqueada cuando llegamos, pero por las prisas no lo reportamos. La alberca tiene una temperatura agradable, sobretodo si viajas con niños. El elevador del estacionamiento a la planta baja estaba deshabilitado, en el resto de pisos todo bien. Se nota que el hotel ya tiene sus años, pero en general está cuidado (salvo detalles menores). Sin duda volvería en futuras ocasiones.

hola excelente el servico, la tencion de la recepcion, lo unico malo tuve que pedir el frigobar, los dias siguientes no pusieron cafe, y el ultimo dia no pusieron ni cafe ni los implementos en la ciocineta y no pusieron ni Jabon ni shampoo pero excellente lo recomiemdo ampliamente
