The first place I’ve been too in months where the AC filters were actually clean. Good job

Overall everything with the property was very good. Too many loud people there till all hours of the night! Not really a good time to rest.

The property itself was great, with plenty of fun events and activities, but the front desk experience was horrible. I can’t blame the new employee, but the older lady was extremely rude from the moment I tried to check in. I called ahead to ask about early check-in and was told no rooms were ready and to call back at 2 PM. When I returned in person, she again said they weren’t ready. After using the lobby restroom, I overheard her talking about me, making comments about how I had just booked my reservation and expected an early check-in. I am a valued Marriott member and only didn’t use my account because I wasn’t asked about it. I finally checked in around 2:40 PM, but her rude attitude continued. I felt disrespected and discriminated against, yet I remained professional and didn’t cause a scene. At checkout, she was equally rude when I requested a late checkout. Her attitude completely ruined my weekend, and I will likely never stay at this location again. Additionally, the restroom had a strong mildew smell, especially when the shower was turned on or the toilet was flushed. Management should address both the customer service and cleanliness issues.
