They assigned us a room that was already occupied. There were people in the room, and we opened the door. The beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The elevator was out of service.

We arrived for Memorial Day weekend to find out that the only elevator was down. Supposedly the person at the front desk said they called everyone the day before to “confirm your stay” or to “let you know that you could cancel your room.” There was no message left on the answering machine, and the day before your stay on Memorial Day weekend is very hard to find another room. The continental breakfast consisted of yogurt, breakfastbar, and muffin. (No Juices of any kind). There is only one ice machine in the building. It is by the front desk, so each time you needed ice, you had to walk down three flights of stairs to get ice. With all of the other options around, you would be better off finding another hotel.

Overall a good stay. Only issue was the elevator was broken. Front desk staff alerted us ahead of our arrival and we were on the 2nd floor so not bad at all. Plenty of space in the room and having a full fridge was a plus. We will definitely stay again.

We had asked for a king room and upon entering found out our room was 2 queens. called the front desk and was told the only king room was on the floor and their elevator was broken. rooms smelled musty and stale. their amenities were a small awful smelling bar of soap and a tiny shampoo bottle. no bath wash towels were very thin, pillows were flat. Never again. r
