I have very controversial impression after staying at this hotel for a week actually. There was a lot of mismanagement along with great managementvdepending on the person, great rooms along with bad rooms ( we saw about 5 rooms and stayed in three). 1. We booked a basement room with sauna. in the pictures it looks like half basement, however pictures are very deceiving, it turned out those are digital light screens. Regardless of that when we arrived that room was actually assigned to someone else and we were placed in a smaller room for all three days to avoid moving luggage every day. As a compensation of different price we were provided free breakfast for one day. At least something, we were trying to be easy about it. Some rooms that we saw were very nice and quite spacious , some were like a box. 2. We decided to stay at this hotel for the rest of the travel and book a better room for 4 more days. The young guy at the front desk helped and secured one specific after us. When we were supposed to move, it turned out the lock was broken and they placed us in a small room with Brocken shower right next door till the lock is fixed. The girl was trying to be helpful and said she secured both rooms after us since the temporary room did not have a bathtub, not a fridge, so we could use it. We placed our food in the fridge and were planning to use the bathtub in the evening, however when we came back someone lived there for one night! Different front desk - different rules.

Excellent location, and very good staff. Staff were amazing, and very helpful. Opportunity for better cleaning, or maybe even a change in carpet along the hallway. But I would still recommend this hotel for the location, staff, and room comfort. Breakfast is also good.

Breakfast was good, although the chicken schnitzel smelled a little off. The room was generally fine, but the soundproofing on the first floor was very poor. At 7:00 a.m., we could hear everything happening at reception. There were cobwebs in the room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, but it was heavily covered in pigeon droppings, so it was impossible to use. The shower was leaking, and the switch between the rainfall shower and the handheld shower did not work. The entrance door also kept getting stuck. For the price, I think it is possible to find a better option.

We booked one night in this hotel. It was clean and we'll appointed. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of foods that were fresh and flavorful. The location was good for exploring the city even though we didn't have enough time to do touristy things. Next time....

The staff was great and the room was excellent for what we wanted
