Clean property Towel rack was falling off the wall because the screws were drilled directly in the drywall. Pack slippers because Floor was kind of “sticky” Towels and sheets were clean Breakfast was hot - eggs, sausages, bagels, white breads, (butter, cream cheese) toaster, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, OJ & Apple juice. Same breakfast menu every day. Adequate parking

The room was absolutely disgusting. The FIRST room we got had a pair of MENS UNDERWEAR on the lamp. Dark, urine stains in toilet. The room smelled of stale cigarettes (non smoking room). It also had dirt on the floors, and lots of it. The tv didn’t work. The SECOND room we moved to was a TAD better, but the fridge literally smelt like death, the shower head had so much limescale built up on it, and the corners of the shower was gross. 10/10 do not recommend this hotel. The hallway had a puddle of water, and had a “wet floor” sign. But that was there over 24 hours. They never came to clean it up. Only waffles and biscuits and gravy. 1 type of cereal. Just not a place to stay. The elevator had flooring coming up. I felt like I needed to shower every time I touched something. Staff was okay. When we checked out, a staff member went to the room to look for an item we accidentally left and when first room was messed up, they moved us rooms. Would have liked a refund as well.

This motel is located a little out of town, and is renovated with attention and care - it is charmingly retro. There is no staff on site, although entry/reentry was quite easy. The room size is fine, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a little tight, and parking is easy. The AC was a touch loud (as most window units are). The stay is perfectly fine overall, although I wish that for the price point that there was a little more - even if just tea, fruit, muffins in the lobby.

This property is in rough shape. My first room had a 40 year old air conditioning unit that had a loud, constant squeak, like a drive belt that was failing. The elevators are very poorly maintained with doors that stick half open. Exterior signage is poorly done - signs are obstructed by trees and posted about 10-15 feet above eye level. Hotel parking is sparse and fills up with low occupancy.
