Building and rooms require quite a bit of renovations. Walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbours on the floor above us stomping around. Smelled bad in the room and the sheets felt like plastic. No place to put our toiletries or our suitcases. Way too expensive for what it has to offer.

Staff was friendly , upgraded my room , great views and location

floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door with a huge balcony. Bed was VERY comfortable. The location was excellent for accessing the water and for shopping, We are going back in September!

The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bathroom was very dirty, the doorframe and door had large makeup stains that I had to clean myself. I found stains on the towels as well. Moreover, it was our first trip to Vancouver with young kids and I had requested the hotel for a memorable stay since we were visiting to celebrate our daughter's 8th birthday, there was no acknowledgment from the staff whatsoever. The staff was also not very friendly.
