We enjoyed our two night stay. The location was close to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. Loved relaxing in the hot tub. Staff were great!

A very convenient, and well maintained facility. Rooms are large and bright. Staff are very pleasant

Nice pool and spa . Very quiet place in October

Very nice place with high security and many facilities

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a very unpleasant odour, the washroom smelled bad, the TV was missing basic channels, including the music channel, and the bed appeared to be in poor condition. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s response when I raised these concerns. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the staff member spoke to me in a dismissive manner, asking whether I had touched anything in the room, without even having the basic courtesy to greet me with a simple “Hello” or address me respectfully. The room conditions were unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude demonstrated a clear lack of basic hospitality, professionalism, and customer service. I expected a clean, comfortable room and a courteous response to my concerns. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements to both room maintenance and staff training.

Well-situated property, within walking distance to shops and restuarants, very clean, spacious room.

An absolutely amazing stay in Legend at Whistler! Spotless, quiet, and wonderfully located near the river—you can even hear the relaxing sound of the water from the room. It has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, with the bus stop right outside and the gondola steps away. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Everything was perfect
