The hotel was nice and in a good location to visit PNC park. The only issue we ran into was our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I was expecting a little more for the price. The rooms are definitely dated, including the older LCD TVs, but everything was clean and the beds were alright. The AC worked well and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. One downside was the really strong cleaning-product smell in the room when we arrived. It was pretty overwhelming and took a while to get used to. The bathroom also didn’t have an exhaust fan, which was a little surprising. Morgan at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming and definitely made a good first impression. The hotel is in a good area with plenty nearby. Not the worst stay by any means, and we were comfortable, but the rooms could definitely use some updating for what they’re charging.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights on a couples trip to explore Pittsburgh and catch the Red Sox vs. Pirates games. It turned out to be an ideal home base. Our stay got off to a fantastic start when a very friendly host checked us in a couple of hours early, which was a huge relief after traveling. The location made exploring the city effortless, putting us within walking distance of the ballpark, local restaurants, and Target, with easy bus access to the airport. Inside, the room was peaceful, clean, and smelled great. The bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the large shower was a big plus. We also really appreciated the on-site convenience store, microwave, and ice machine, as well as the tasty and affordable weekend breakfast buffet. While the view was just an empty courtyard, the TV was a bit dated, and a couple of the soft towels had minor stains, these were very minor things in the grand scheme of a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again given the great price, quality, and location!

The staff were very helpful. They are 24/7 pickup and drop off at the airport. The hotel resturant had many gluten free options
