Very nice rooms, great location, very clean

Yes lovely place. Clean, nice views, many pools.

The room and the balcony are very spacious and modern. It was clean and well equipped. Although the kitchen area was missing what I thought to be an essential. Although there is an oven they do not provide oven gloves or a tea towel! When asking at reception i was told to use a hand towel from the bathroom and they would send housekeeping with a fresh one but that never happened.

It seems that they were short of staff at the buffet restaurant. Waiting long time for drinks. Plates kept piling up on tables. You would be past half your dinner before a drink is served. And no one comes back to ask if you need more. Bit a shame as everything else was nice.

It’s ok but I would not repeat it. Not the best location and poor parking arrangements. Otherwise the place is in good condition and the maintenance seems to be good

Main problem is noise from the night clubs across the road at the Veronica’s complex. It will stop you sleeping. Plus the poolside staff seem very keen with the Pet Shop Boys and will play all their music ever written every afternoon. Cigarette smoke from nearby balconies easily travels to your room and balcony which I found offputting. Other than that, hotel is reasonably priced, in a good location (except for noise), well looked after and near a lovely beach.
