There wasn’t anyone at the desk for us to check in for 10 min. We were waiting in the lobby with other people waiting to check in. The key didn’t work in the back door and had to walk all the way around the building to the lobby at 11pm in a rather run down, dark, bad area of town. Bathroom window wouldnt close and the heater would only blow cold air. Never did see the morning breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was easily the worst stay i have ever experienced. The windows into reception were broken. The luggage cart was broken. the room we were given was dirty and the bathroom was covered in mould. We insisted that we get another room. It was slightly better with less mould (yes there was still mould) in the bathroom, the window was broken, the bed mattresses were dirty, no fridge, no coffee maker furniture was damaged. Front reception was helpful to get us a fridge. If it hadn't been so late we would have looked for another hotel. As it was we stripped the beds and only slept due to being tired form driving (almost 17 hours at that point). To say that we were disappointed is a severe understatement and would not recommend this hotels to anyone and to just keep driving.

The hotel badly needs to be renovated. The elevator didn’t work & we had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. Though the receptionist Jesus’s helped us. The room and badly is in a bad shape.

When we arrived the front hotel windows were broken and taped up. The property was littered with cigarette butts and people drinking beer at the front door. Upon check in they said they didn't have the room I booked. They said this was Expedia’s issue and they overbooked. After being in a car driving for 18 hours this was extremely frustrating. They gave us a smaller room for the same fee. The room was dirty and extremely humid despite the ac running. Overall I’m not impressed with the hotel or Expedia's booking process that allows the over-sale of rooms. This is the first time I used Expedia and not sure I will again.

There was all sorts of flies. Poop flies, fruit flies and bugs. Stink bugs in the rooms including lots spiders. Stains all over the bed skirts, bed sheets, walls, desk, night stands and mirrors. Suppose to be a smoke free hotel but there were cigarette burns on all the sheets and furniture. The rug was damp, sticky and stank. Had to go wash the towels at laundromat for my family to shower. Mattresses were old and broken. Doors did NOT close securely. The wholw city was sold out of hotel rooms so had no choise to stay there and endure it. Went to buy my own cleaning supplies and stuff to make my room smell better. HORRIBLE, UNSAFE, DIGUSTING, UNSANITARY HOTEL. Will NEVER stay here again. To top this all off !! They still have NOT returned my security deposit of $150 for four rooms !!

Property more run down than travelodge usually is. Windows in front lobby were broken and taped with cardboard. As soon as we entered the room we were hit with a bad stench - it just stunk bad. I had to go to a drugstore to get air freshener spray and a scented candle immediately or i couldnt stand it. Not very happy with our stay. Bed made my husbands back hurt terribly too.

This hotel was filthy. The rooms are dated and smell bad. The hall way was littered in garbage. We'll never stay here again or at another Travel Lodge for that matter. They've really gone down hill

Old outdated

Hotel very outdated, hallways and carpet were old. Garbage and papers in the stairways. Cracked glass front window, AC was loud and knocked upon start up every time and the room below me used their shower is made a loud bang in my room.
