Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, door latch was snapped off and the ac leaked. Breakfast consisted of granola bars. Shouldn’t have been advertised as continental breakfast. At least there weren’t bed bugs. Had a decent amount of sleep and a good shower. Also there was a $5.00 fee for booking online. Should have just been included (added) in the negotiated price.

I was in town for surgery and needed to stay overnight. This place was nothing fancy, as I didn’t need a pool, spa, restaurant ect. What it was, was amazing. Absolutely, spotless, mini kitchen, all appliances (small full size refrigerator/freezer) except dishwasher. Had dish soap and towels. We bought plastic utensils and paper bowls. A/C was great, not noise, beds and pillows were great! The icing on the cake, the staff could not have been nicer. I would most definitely recommend and stay there again myself.

Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and my daughter with smiles, and they were eager to help. They gave us rooms right next to each other, but unfortunately, we needed to move due to an air conditioner issue. The gentleman at the front desk immediately sent maintenance to take a look and relocated us down the hall to another room with no hesitation. We took advantage of the lounge area, the food and the conversations with the other guests was absolutely amazing. My future visits to the Augusta area will definitely include Doubletree as a place to lodge.

The staff was friendly but not interested in being there for the customer, on their phone or talking to other staff. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.

The room was spacious and clean. It was a pleasant stay.

Great stay. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
