The only thing was great was the feeling of the shower. This hotel has really went down. Every time I go to Valdosta this was our go to hotel, but not anymore it’s gotten worse. Not only that Customer Service was horrible. Receptionist was very rude. There wasn’t any housekeeping not enough towels and I had a 2 bed hotel room. I had to change rooms and the pictures are proof of why. I have a video of the AC making a loud noise like as if maintenance was trying to fix it and didn’t put the cover back on all the way. Next time we come back this hotel will not be the one.

1) Room snelles like ab ashtray though it was bib-smoking, had to lysol it myself. 2) T.V. didnt work (2) if them went to get a 3rd never came back 3) Dust everywhere. Furniture Old and marred. 4) Door had a gap wide enough to see ppl passing by 5) Fridge didnt work and had paper like a mouse nest.

Not a family hotel.

Found drug needles outside the room, joint roaches in the closet. The room was dirty and smelled of marijuana. The front staff weren't very friendly.
Drug needles I put in the trash can because it was in front of my door.
Joint roaches found in the top of the closet.

Rooms were extremely nasty. The locks didn’t work couldn’t get into one of the rooms at all and the other wouldn’t lock so we ended up leaving and requesting a refund that they are not providing us with.

Do not book at this location. At night it turns into a party in the parking lot. Drugs and street walkers. Got subway left my sandwich on the table to go get my drink out the car and within 5 minutes when I returned to the room ROACHES close to 10 was enjoying my sub. 😳😳😳. I went to the office to address my concerns and was blown off and refused to help. I checked out right then and left. Ending my birthday weekend early

The only positive thing I can say is that it was conveniently located. However, there are many other motels/hotels within sight of this location, so I can't even give it a positive for that. When we pulled up, we immediately noticed the run-down/dirty property. Trash littered the ground that has been there for sometime. Building looked in disrepair. Nothing like the advertised photos. The room itself was filthy. Carpets were sticky & even covered our suitcase with an unknown brown sticky substance. There was trash on the floor (mostly candy wrappers) & there was a strong mildew smell & the pillows reeked of cigarettes. The linens were dirty - stands of hair in the bed & bits of dirt/debris & smelled of feet. Linens were torn- large rip in the middle. By the bed we discovered a blood smear & boogers on the wall. The bed did not fit the frame & all the furniture was dirty & in disrepair. The nightstand lampshade was not secured, so it would fall off. The nightstand was water damage & warped. The dresser draws were filthy. There were roaches- we even found one in the coffee maker. The was not microwave. The pool was closed for remodel. There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling & a dirt ring around the bathtub. There was also an unfinished wall repair. All the metal fixtures were rusted. We heard nearly a dozen complaints to staff from other guests of same issues & more. Staff was rude to other guests & complained of guests in front of us. Poor management & staff.

I had to get the keycard replaced everyt ime I left! outsides lights were not working very dark! no trash can in my room, the tv didn't work. The wrong size sheets on the bed. no ironing board. only one staff member was welling to help with the door. the room reeked of smoke.

The ladies who checked me in were pleasant. However, one of them was wearing a bonnet or shower cap. It wasn’t what I expected, though it was in the evening when I checked it. The tv was on when I entered the room. Which was alarming for my daughter and I. The deadbolt didn’t work. The door was somewhat agar. It made feel uneasy. I took several pictures of that and the following; bathroom floor and shower was filthy, hair in the shower, on the floor and on the toilet. This location left me with a very bad impression and I’ll never stay at another one.

Our room was given away to someone else. First name was the same but that was all. Front desk said they checked ID. It took over 30 minutes to straighten out the mess. Only 1 towel and washcloth provided Asked for additional they didn't have any. It was stated we were lucky to get one. No breakfast.
