Staff at the desk, although very polite and so friendly, did not know what he was doing. All 3 rooms were charged to 1 visa after he had taken all 3 visas individually.

My son and I needed somewhere to stay to visit a family member at Carilion Hospital. This place is amazing! It is an authentic midcentury roadside motel that has been renovated top-to-bottom. It is beautifully designed--it is a MUCH nicer place to stay than your average roadside hotel, and it has all the modern conveniences. It is quiet, pristinely clean, everything is brand-new, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would return any day.

It's a old building but they have done a good job with remodeling and keeping the place up. Clean room and a comfortable bed. I have stayed here several times over the years and never had any real issues. I'll be back again.
