Please remove that nasty carpet!

The hotel is that, a hotel. The breakfast was incredible. The only real issue is that the carpet in the room was filthy and smelly. There were red stains everywhere. The room was roomy for the price. Please remove those nasty carpets please.

Great hotel but just understaffed

Everything was great until I had to check out. I had to leave early in the am. I went to check out and there is no one at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes but no one ever showed. I left without a receipt and dropped the key in a drop box. My receipt was needed as I itemize all my expenses. Oh well

We live locally, and have had to use this hotel, a couple of times for power outages or utility failures. They are always so gracious, and understanding of our situation. The beds are so comfortable towels are soft, and the staff cannot be compared. I highly recommend This as a place to stay for business or pleasure or just when you don’t have any electricity!

Clean , cozy and friendly service

Check in was quick and friendly , room was nice and spacious for a good price , bed and pillows were clean and cozy and room was quiet . Breakfast was pretty good and very plentiful and attendant was very nice . I would definitely stay here again ! Highly recommend this hotel over others in area

Stay here for work when I’m in town. The ladies are all awesome. The male “manager” isn’t very accommodating to females. Lots of guys stay here who work on the roads to be expected. I’ve stayed many times and checked in with females and they were awesome. The guy wanted me to go back out in the dark to get my license plate I was parked by the woods and about 12 guys were outside. Not that they were dangerous but seriously? That’s just not appropriate. When I told hmm so he. Replied “those guys are harmless”. Seriously? Have you ever been a female alone at night in a place away from home? Don’t give your daughter this advice sir… other than that everything was great.

The property seems to be in a safe area. The area is just developing, so nothing in walking distance, but drive isn't bad. For me, bed was a little hard and pillows too flat. Bathroom not upscale, but price was best in area for us.
