A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

Excelentes ubicación

La peor experiencia que eh tenido en 16 años que tengo viajando, eh visitado 33 paise y jamas en mi vida había tenido una tan terrible y desagradable experiencia como esta . Primero el lugar está bien ubicado , pero llegue de Brasil en un vuelo al medio día y prácticamente les rogué que me guardaran las maletas , Ojo ni siquiera pedí habitación por que entendía que del check-in es la 3pm. NOOO solo quería que yo u mi familia ( 5 personas ) estábamos literal en la calle con las maletas. No hay mas que un chat de WhatsApp. Dios que batalla , literal estábamos en la calle como indigentes , les envie fotos de las condiciones y que va, Después de hora y media en la calle se dignaron a ayudar , pasè la vergüenza de mi vida , lo que nunca, fue horrible. Luego les pido de favor que me dejaran las maletas al irme 3 horas porque me retrasaron el vuelo de regreso a casa y la re4spuesta fue un GRAN NO. si usted esta leyendo esto ,porfavor NO use este lugar , aparte éramos 5 , y solo habían 4 toallas y nunca jamás fueron a chekiar y?o etc, y es que NO hay forma de comunicarse con nadie , solo msj vía WhatsApp y responden después que pasan horas, Jamas ni gratis me volvería a hospedar en un lugar con una administración tan funesta . No hay staff presente en el lugar y el WUp de contacto lo contestan con gran demora , lo que produce sensación de desamparo , especialmente si llegas de noche. Se entra al edificio con código QR , a la habitación con una clave numérica que te envían al WUp , se siente inseguro y no pudimos bloquear la cerradura por dentro. El desayuno es en la cafetería de la esquina , pero recibirás la información bastante tarde y sólo si la solicitas. Por la mañana no salía agua caliente en la ducha y se tardaron 3 hrs en contestar el WUp y mandar a alguien que lo reparara. Después de perder mi 1era mañana en BAires esperando el agua caliente y debido a la inseguridad que se siente al no recibir respuesta rápida , decidí hacer check out (antes de las 12) y cambié de hotel. Fueron maleducados por WUp al solicitar reembolso , que aún no se completa. En suma, mala experiencia .

We stayed at Be Hollywood for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in approximately two hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The front desk staff was also very helpful in providing a plug adapter so we could use U.S. electronics without having to purchase one locally. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was an impressive variety of options, including several made-to-order high-protein choices such as omelets, in addition to a large selection of pastries, fruit, and other breakfast items. Many hotels offer only a basic continental breakfast, but this breakfast stood out because of the quality and variety of both savory and sweet options. The hotel felt very safe and secure. Access to the building required a room key, which provided an extra level of security for guests throughout the day and night. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafés, and points of interest in the Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho neighborhoods. It was a great base for exploring Buenos Aires on foot. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a refreshing place to relax. Overall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the breakfast outstanding, and the location ideal. We would gladly stay at Be Hollywood again on a future visit to Buenos Aires.

The room was clean and very warm on a cold winter weekend. The staff was very friendly and had excellent area recommendations. They offered luggage storage so we could spend some time in the city with a late evening flight. We would absolutely stay again!

La ubicación es buena, pero tiene cosas por mejorar, principalmente los tendidos de cama, requiere urgente sábanas y mantenimiento del ascensor
