Our stay at this hotel was amazing. While the check-in staff were just ok, everything else more than made up for it. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a perfect place to unwind. We had a great experience at the restaurant every time we visited, consistently good food and service. The pool area was incredibly relaxing, and even when it was busy, the staff remained attentive and accommodating. The spa was a highlight-absolutely fantastic. Overall. A wonderful stay in a great location. We’d definitely come back!

As much as I want to love this property, I can’t get past the rooms. We decided to go for the the king villa, and the interior of the room is extremely dated. So much so that it made me question the cleanliness. The room could have been clean but I never felt comfortable in my own skin there. Really upsetting. That being said, the grounds of the property are beautiful. We would have enjoyed eating at the restaurant, but honestly, once we woke up, we went off property because there were nicer places in the area. In the future, we would choose somewhere else. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful, the rooms though are a huge swing and miss

The Villa is okay.

The villa was big and had a nice big bathroom with a nice tub and shower. However, the room felt outdated and overpriced for what you get. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. It was in a great location and their wine was tasty, however it was pricy to drink and eat there.

Beautiful property, Excellent Sangiovese Wine. Julio in the dining room, room service & maintenance were excellent. However, I was there with friends who were getting married . We asked to be in the same cluster of Villas & front desk said they could not accommodate us. They told us we would be close by. We were NOT at all close by. We were at posited ends. Neither of our villa clusters of 4 had more than one other party so there was NO reason we should not have been able to be in the same cluster. We did NOT find this welcoming & accompdating!

Not as good as I remember

2pm and room still not cleaned. Had to call front desk The check in was very good Lady was pleasant and fast Rooms are getting old time to revamp. Tub should have some sort of bar to help one get out of tub especially when you are in your 90s Doubt we will be back to your hotel as I see other hotels in the area give breakfast and a glass of wine on check in. The retaurant was a disappointment as was the concert Terrible music and also he should not have brought politics at that point we walked out even though there was 30 minutes to go I was ready to go at the beginning because the music was so bad This was not a jazz band in my opinion again I think other hotels have better entertainment and in the future even though we did spend our honeymoon here will give them a try
