I left my bracelet on the bed the last day of check out. I called the next day to let the staff know that 100% sure I left my white gold bracelet but the receptionist said she was the assistant manager was a bit rude. They said my bracelet wasn’t found and nothing they can do.

In 100 degree weather, the pool was t working so not available for “safety “reasons. We never saw any one working on it. We were also told after we checked in. We were with a family group for a wedding. One of our in-laws rooms was also attacked by ants . We were unable to have our kids over as planned because of the pool. Having been told after check in, we could not find other accommodations. Since, we had booked through a third party, we were not given a discount as asked for nor contacted as we were told we would be about it. I will say that the desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it. Also, Hilton has always meant quality for me but not this hotel. Pillows were lumpy. Shower drained slowly. ,

One night for a wedding

We booked two rooms for a wedding needed a early check in no problem at all The lady’s working the front desk a super nice the room is huge and super clean I definitely would stay there again
