Excellent stay. Great clean room. Fabby comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Just wish we'd had more time to spend another night here on our road trip.

First room no hot water, no plug for bathtub. They moved us to a different room still no plug for bathtub. When I reserved the room they didn't say the other part of the hotel had bigger rooms. I stayed there about eight years ago and it was great.

My son and I had a good stay. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a little too big and perhaps overstuffed. Parking in that busy vacation community was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have only 2 complaints: 1. The room tv was unsatisfactory. There was no channel guide and the only way to find a desired channel or network was to go through all of the channels and hope to stumble on the one you wanted. We could not find a college football game that we wanted which was televised on a prominent network and kept up with the score only by wi fi and internet. The staff was unable to help with this problem. 2. Our room was on the 5th floor and the motel was on the "main strip" in Pigeon Forge TN. The traffic noise bothered us all night, hindering sleep.

Good place to stay for the price. Good breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay and the view of the Harvest Festival, can’t wait to come back !! We will definitely stay here again

Room housekeeping changed to no service for second day onward. Did not like .Hot tub not cleaned daily. Did.not like. No cleanTowels ,toilet tissue, or visits to room . Did not like No coat hangers for coats and clothes. Maint. Man could not find any. No instructions for TV operation In room, maint man did not have knowledge. Barely got by on this. Breakfast was good but sausage was awful each day- throw it away..
