We went during the Summer for a week and our first time travelling to Taos. We took two dogs. Accommodation was okay but we were up a flight of stairs, no balcony. Kitchen space was tiny. It was dead during the week. Only a couple options open and zero activity, even the lifts were open and the one day they closed the mountain for maintenance. The hot tub wasn’t working - waiting on a spare part. The views were amazing but we won’t be rushing back for a summer here. We’d rather stay in Taos town versus the ski valley.

Taos summer trip

We always stay here when we come to Taos Ski Valley (at least 5x). I thinks it’s owned by locals, I see the owner and her pup every time we are there. There is a lot of care in the details of this place. We live the alpine suites. Thanks!

Although the room had some minor issues, the staff was wonderful in reaching out to help us resolve them quickly. Room 18 definitely had THE BEST balcony. If you book a loft, please keep in mind it's a steep climb to the bedroom... sure for my workout!

Alpine Village was a unique find in Taos. It is a quiet little village nestled away in the valley of Taos. It’s very scenic. My husband and enjoyed the fireplace in the room and how spacious it was. Customer service was very sweet and welcoming. We definitely would love to return.

This place is AMAZING!! We absolutely LOVED IT!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Everything is close by, very convenient. The tavern even stayed open an hour later than their usual closing time because we were there talking to folks.
