The pool area was nice but there were limited umbrellas. Beach looked nice in front but we never used it. Rooms are terrible, so are the beds - all needs updating which I assume is part of the hotel plans over time. Gym was bad and needs updating - should find a place to work out with a view, rather than in the basement. Staff were all very nice and pleasant. Overall what we expected for the value in this area.

The common areas were redone, modern and clean. The lobby was welcoming and well appointed and the pool is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The beach area is well appointed with new umbrellas and chairs and is private, convenient and a perfect place to spend the day. On the negative, the food at the restaurant for lunch at the pool is equivalent to airport lounge food. Also, while the rooms are large especially considering European standards with a very comfortable king size bed, they are old and NOT updated. Old carpet, old appointments, no usb outlets. On the positive, our view from the room was spectacular, front facing sea with a nice balcony and it was quiet where we slept well in the aforementioned comfy bed. We still enjoyed our stay very much, but wish the rooms were updated to the standard of the common areas and price tag.

Our room flooded on the first night because of a blocked drain. The staff took 2 hours to attend and then did not place us in another room even though the room had been flooded too. We were then told we could swim in the pool until 8pm, however they made everyone get out at 6.30pm. Tv did not work. Terrible experience and would not recommend. The hotel needs to work on their customer service

Salvador at the front desk was the best. The spa was an abandoned basement and the mani pedi was scary. We went to the restaurant and waited 15 min as servers passed us and looked down their nose at us. We went right across the stree that is lined with restaurants and folks very happy to see us. We made a point to never eat at the hotel. The room was beautiful ut hot as hell, ac never got it cool. For a Marriott, not up to par.

Great location with several dining options. Quick drive to Taormina or Naxos beach. Beach is a little too rocky for small children but we anticipated that. Hotel staff were very helpful and parking is monitored just a down the street.

Absolutely beautiful resort with stunning views of the ocean. The beach was truly breathtaking—crystal clear water made it feel like paradise. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved that there were great restaurants just steps away across the street. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and the entire staff was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was of want. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant and bar waitstaff as well as the housekeeping and maintenance, every was great. We felt right at home and very welcomed. They even assisted with helping book certain day trips and booking revaluations before our arrival. Would highly recommend and wonderful for parents traveling with children!

The Hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and a short distance (approx 15-20 mins walk) from the more lively area of Giardini Naxos. There are numerous excellent restaurants and shops within yards of the hotel. The bus stop is just around the corner with good transport links to nearby towns. The hotel was wonderful; great facilities, with enormous, traditionally decorated, very comfortable bedrooms, while other areas of the hotel were more contemporary but equally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. An added joy was Mount Etna right there in the background! This holiday and hotel exceeded our expectations and we had absolutely no complaints.
