Hotel chosen for its location as it was easy to walk to iconic places like the opera house & royal palace as well as stroll through the local markets. You are spoilt for choice as far as good eating places nearby. The bar/cafe a few doors away from the hotel do great salads & snacks and there are restaurants around every corner for less casual dining.
Hotel highlights are the staff and morrocan themed seating area. Plenty of choice at the self service breakfast.
If giving constructive feedback, the rooms could be lighter and brighter by just changing bed & curtain fabrics. A new coat of paint on the walls would help too. This is just a minor point to suggest improvements. The bed was comfy and room kept clean so if not spending much time in the room you will have a great stay

The rooms were clean and spacious, the bar was open, plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were so helpful with local restaurants, things to see, excursions etc. they really made our stay. They were accommodating even before we got there, arranging a taxi from the airport and ensuring we had two rooms next door to each other as we were travelling in a group.
Only slight gripe is that sewage smell occasionally came up from the toilet but went away when you flushed; happened to our friends in the neighbouring room too.
The location of the hotel was brilliant as well, you could walk to the old town and all of the shops. Would definitely come back!

Hotel facilities and location along the waterfront by the Port/Marina were wonderful. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful on multiple visits. WiFi could use some improvements as it was very difficult to work with photos/ videos online with the network being very slow and dropping frequently.
Lovely place to go and relax, but if you are going into the city (particularly between Nov - Mar when there is no free shuttle into the town center) it will be either expensive at about €20 each way via taxi or driving and trying to find parking in city central is a massive headache.
Really enjoyed the 3 days in Palmero and relaxing in the hotel in the afternoons had a lot to do with it.

Staff was terrific. We arrived early and they stowed our luggage and got our room ready asap. Also we had a late checkout, arranged again to stow our baggage, arranged transport to Ortigia, our destination. Gave us some city tips for supper and quick tour. We return on way back and are looking forward to it. Breakfast had plenty of choices and good service. Hotel is lovely and good location for walking.

Overall the experience was very good. Room was spacious with a balcony, which meant being able to sit quietly in the sun when inclined. Breakfast was well presented and reasonably comprehensive. Whenever I asked the reception staff for information of advice it was useful and readily forthcoming.
