Staff are great Very friendly. Rooms are loverly and clean and the breakfast was nice. So why didnt i put 5 stars was that room smelt a little stale amd as we left we could see some damp on the celling! Think thats the reson. . And the coffee was very weak . but thats a personl issue. Other than that great place would recommended for the price

Our room was not ready upon check in time. Room was not available until 5pm. This delay caused my family to have to attend our engagement without being able to freshen up and change. Upon entering our room the trash from previous guest was still there.

The staff was friendly and property was new but my room had some bad carpet stains already that needed to be removed. I also did not love the coffee, it was a little weak. I think the area is up and coming and could have a really cool vibe but needs a few more storefronts to explore.

When we first arrived, we were frustrated that police cars were blocking off the road to get to the hotel due to a large event near by with hundreds or thousands of college aged people all around… we turned around and tried to get in another way then came back and was not blocked off…we tried to get a parking spot but was full and the security guard showed us an overflow parking lot which Was good… but
