Not a great experience.

I booked 2 nights. The first night i found bed bugs in my bed and had to be moved to another room. They only had a suit available so i took that rather than check it. Mind you it was after 11pm when this happened. When i got settled in ny new room the ceiling started leaking water. I tired to call the desk but no one was available. I was finally able to sleep. The next night the ceiling started leaking i decided to check out at around 11pm. I was promised a discount on both nights but only received a discount for the first night. I believed i should have been fully reimbursed for the first night.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay while on the road

Beds were comfortable. We had 6 in one room for a quick overnight while travelling to get off the road. The front desk gave us clean linens for the pull out couch bed and the room was clean. A/C worked great and kept the room cooled.

We had an excellent stay for handicapped. Had a real nice drive up for loading and unloading. Staff was excellent, we were well cared for. Would stay again !

2nd time we've stayed here in Perry for a Scalloping season long weekend out of Steinhatchee, FL. Hotel quality and cleanliness is up to the standard that Holiday Inn sets. We tow a boat with us and they have pull through LONG parking to accommodate. Clean room, clean bedding with mattresses of good quality. Pillows go a bit flat but they give you plenty of them. Pool is great with a grill available to use! Breakfast items are typical for most hotels but it saves us 50$-100$ a day when we're not eating at FF or a sit-down restaurant for 4 teens (that EAT) and 2 adults. Will come back again next June!!
