Do NOT stay here. First room smelled like mildew. Toilet would not flush, and I was given a broken plunger to fix it. When that didn’t work, J was given a second plunger. Also didn’t work. Was moved to another room that smelled like covered-up smoke (even though it was a smoke-free room). Showers in both rooms were old and stained. Buttons on the AC and heating unit in the second room didn’t work, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Breakfast was average. Coffee tasted terrible. Staff didn’t seem that interested in assisting. Stay somewhere else if you can.

The parking lot smelled sewage because of a broken sewer cap. The room smelled very musty but was clean. The staff was not very welcoming & the morning staff was rude.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, but it’s shocking how much it has deteriorated over the last two years. My most recent overnight visit was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. To begin with, the door locks in some of the rooms are either jammed or not tightly secured, making it difficult to enter or exit without a struggle. This alone raises serious safety concerns. The housekeeping situation was appalling. It’s clear that whoever is currently responsible for cleaning the rooms is either poorly trained or not trained at all. My first room was immediately rejected after I discovered garbage in the shower drain and hair on the supposedly clean sheets. Absolutely unacceptable. I requested to be moved to a second room, hoping for better conditions only to be met with more of the same. This level of neglect is disgusting and shows a complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. Adding to the frustration, the front desk experience was equally unprofessional. The male staff member on duty was wearing earplugs while sitting at the desk, completely unaware of guests needing assistance. I had to call out to him seven times before he even noticed I was there. This kind of inattentiveness at the front desk is not just poor service it's unacceptable. Overall, this stay was a complete failure. I am formally requesting a refund, as this experience fell far below even the most basic expectations for an overnight stay. What used to be a decent hotel has now become

On the outskirts of Tallahassee. Easy highway access. The immediate area is close to truck stops no major stores. Clean, quiet and good deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are not customer friendly, they don’t greet customers. When got to the desk I told one young lady I was there to check in, she told me your card and ID for check in. The elevator was dirty, the hallway dirty and smell like roach spray. It smell like they just sprayed.

Smelly; dirty broken shower

The room smelled strongly of mildew the entire time. My son with asthma said he was having a hard time breathing. The shower was clogged with standing water even though the drain was open. There was even an old bar of soap still in there, showing that no cleaning had been done on the shower area.

It was ok. I asked can we have our room moved so we can see our belongings from the parking lot they said now we get up to the room. The room was not too clean. The shower and the bathroom was not too clean at all. I probably would not stay here, but the staff was nice.
