Excellent hotel! Large, clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower is fabulous — super strong. Also, the quality of the water (it feels super soft) is the best I have ever experienced. Location of the hotel is perfect.

Location, 2 min walk from train and bus station and from every else in town. Modern and seems quite new. Beautifully decorated. Very good onsen. Breakfast is OK but extremely crowded as they have groups staying at the hotel. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay here if I return to Takayama

The breakfast buffet had lots of options - I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, bacon and eggs. The room was spotless and the shower was incredible after a long day - the pressure felt like a massage. The hotel lobby is beautiful and features wood and wood carvings from the local area. The onsen was also a wonderful treat at the end of the day, although, sadly, the outside area was closed during our stay.
