I would stay there again in a heart beat.

It is one train stop from KIX Osaka airport and they have free morning shuttle. There is good shopping near by and the cafe (not open early) is very good. Breakfast buffet is 3800 yen so I didn't try. They are pretty ridgid about 3 pm check in, but have luggage hold. View from 36 floor of 54 was amazing.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at Star Gate, our Superior Double room with bay view had a single queen bed, a small sofa & table, desk/dresser, large sink/vanity and mini fridge. Room was very spacious and super views of the ocean (43rd floor). Night views were beautiful. Decor and carpets a little dated but the view/spacious room made up for that. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient and our earlier sent luggage was waiting for us, book your free shuttle to KIX ahead of time (it is AM only till 8:30am-ish). At the base of the hotel you are steps away from Rinku-town Station and another 5-8 min walk to the Rinku Premium Outlets, lots of shops and dining. Transit from Rinku-town station to Kansai-airport station is 370Yen. We would stay here again just to be closer to KIX Kansai Airport after spending time in Osaka.

Beautiful location but the hotel carpet is old and even the tv is so basic with only one English Channel choice - CNN. But it’s located in a great place! I would not mind being here because of its location.

Stayed for just a couple of nights but had the best time. Having RinkuTown station right next to the hotel was so convenient and the staff was wonderful when I checked in and out. They had answers to all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. First time solo traveler to Japan and they made everything so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect and convenience hotel , just off the train station and walk to the hotel , walk to outlet shopping and sea side park , lots of restaurants , beautiful view of the ocean from the hotel , nice and clean , very helpful and friendly staff , fast services . Staff were very helpful and messaged back quickly when I asked them questions. They spoke perfect English and helped to arrange the free shuttle bus for me. They have a microwave on the 30th floor. It was a super big hotel room and very clean. The hotel rooms start at floor 29, so if you have a fear of heights it might be trickier.
