The property needs an update. They were updating the interior walls, but the furniture is old, the entire place felt old, but was clean. Friendly staff. Safe environment. The bed was comfy & comfy pillows, 5 stars for that, which is super important. I had a good night sleep.

I believe that once the remodel is complete and the elevator is in working condition this hotel will be fabulous. The staff is absolutely GREAT and they helped my wife and I carry all our luggage down the stairs to our car. My wife and I are disabled so had to check out a day early because I couldn't do the stairs when elevator went out.

Property was under total refurbishment. No elevator access so had to schlep all our bags which was an inconvenience for us. Breakfast selection was very good and the rooms were clean. However, the bathtub had no grab bars and the tub bottom was very slick so could pose a safety problem for anyone. To top off our stay the community lost power which plunged the hotel into a total blackout. Thank goodness for windows and cell phone flashlights.
