Decent place to stay. The price reflects the neighborhood. It seems nice til you go out and explore it. The beds are ok. Our pullout was gross and took a bit of time to get squared away. Parking gets tight later in the day. The parking lot was all the way full. Lots of food options real close.

Don’t waste your money

This was our first time in Seattle and last time staying at a La Quinta hotel. The carpet stench throughout the hotel and in the room was gross. Our room toilet seat was chipped and unsanitary, the paint in the bathroom was coming off, the bathtub drain was slow, bed sheets were itchy, we never had turn down service, and worst of all there was barely a front desk person and don't even bother calling the front because NO ONE answers. The hotel was in a great area which was close to the mall but needless to say we will not be booking or staying there again.

PROS: Basic breakfast was good, but kind of limited in choices or variety. Pool was very clean and the water warm, but the hot tub/spa was closed.The gym was also limited in equipment, but only saw one other person there during the week so had it all to myself most of the time. Plenty of parking. VERY close to A TON of restaurants and a movie theater/mall, all within walking distance. Very hot water in the shower, with a really nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. CONS: The ice machine on our floor sounded very loud, like it was being used for industrial packing. Everyday I would see at least one person in the parking lot that definitely made me wary, but no one caused us any trouble. The shower pressure (on the third floor anyway) was... adequate. OVERALL: I give it 3.75/5 stars, would recommend it to anyone with families/children, and would definitely return.

The people at the front desk were all very friendly and very helpful. One, I'm sorry I didn't register her name, helped me get my boarding passes printed so I could stop freaking out. Another gave recommendations for restaurants we could walk to. They all smiled when handing us bottles of water or just wishing us a safe trip home.
