Giving 4 stars to staff because front desk double charged me for the room. Room was prepaid and a few days later I noticed they billed my credit card again. Had to call to get it refunded. Otherwise I would stay again. Even though it’s connected to a casino, there are separate dining options without having to go in to the casino. Love the fact that there are so many options to telework from hotel from the hotel lobby, elevator lobby, and room.

Property clean & nice! However, second night room was not cleaned properly. Once we were asked by staff downstairs how everything was, we made them aware about our situation. Next day, outstanding! 😊 one bad thing that we didn't like, was coffee is not available through room service😔 Have to get ready & go purchase downstairs! Big no, no!

Staff was really friendly everywhere and the rooms were nice and clean. The casino, was really dirty at rhe machines. We didnt know this was a majority all smoking casino. Also going through security constantly to show our ID and not being able to bring in water bottles (new or full) through security was very odd.

Disappointed stay

I have never been required to pass through a metal detector/have my license scanned and have a security escort me to pass through a casino to go to the hotel reception. Room was clean, bed was uncomfortable and could not keep a semi-constant temp in the room. I was either freezing or sweating profusely. My wife uses a CPAP machine and could not keep a power connection on the lamp (didn't work with our phone charger either). I had to pull the table away from the wall and plug directly to the wall. Low water pressure in the shower. When asking to see if they had a shuttle to the event 1.5 miles away from Casino, the staff was rude with a stearn NO, instead of something like " I'm sorry, we don't run a shuttle service". It's not all that hard to be polite. After the 3 hour event, we were hungry so we went inside the casino to grab a bite to eat. We were pretty disappointed. My wife had a rice bowl where the leeks were as tough as the meat, and the meat was pretty chewy. We won't be staying here again.

We brought our kids. Did not realize they could not walk thru the casino to get to restaurants. Room service menu was very limited to the most expensive options as was the only kid friendly restaurant. Our room lost power, in addition extreme lags with the internet. Our personal Wi-Fi would work for long periods of time.
