The place is nice. There was some questionable activity from possibly unhoused people around the facility but that’s not all uncommon for Tacoma. My only real complaint was that I spoke to someone at the front desk about someone possibly trying to open my room door. I was told that they have constant surveillance cameras and security. I was pretty much told that I should have called when it happened which I was woken from dead sleep at like 3 am I was hardly functional plus being scared and unsure if I was dreaming? Except my family also heard it but were too scared to wake me. I was told she would look into it and get back to me. However when I returned nothing was ever followed up. She seemed bothered by the fact that I didn’t call and seemed uninterested in actually looking into it so I doubt she did and I’m assuming that’s why there was no follow up. It is what it is I guess.

I booked a night and after traveling 500 miles I arrived at 1am. I had a pet and was turned away. I was told I would not get a refund. I am really mad that you will not refund my money. I didn't get to stay at your hotel. Best Western is usually my go to hotel.
