This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip to Poland. I wish I had booked stays in PURO hotels in other Polish cities. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the free espresso in the lobby was great and the free city walking tour organized by the hotel was excellent. The hotel was also well located and within walking distance to all the main sites.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was super friendly. However it’s an older hotel. We were generously updated to the member floor and had a balcony however the rooms are super dark and our smelled horrible of cigarettes. It was overpowering when we walked in and even leaving our balcony door open all night it smelled like an ashtray. If you are sensitive at all to smoke or smells I don’t recommend unless they have some non smoking rooms. The did provide a mini fridge, water kettle and offered complimentary still and sparking water on our floor along with outside balcony and 2 chairs. However it just faces the old building and a parking lot. We didn’t do the breakfast.
