The hotel is beautiful, clean and wonderfully designed to embrace the historic roots combined with gorgeous art. Breakfast is great, views are perfect and location is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in Ortigia. The hotel was very clean, new, and elegantly designed/ decorated. great service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this spot to those travelling to Ortigia. It is also conveniently located. I would say it’s more of a quiet and understated luxury experience.

The most beautiful Oceanside hotel

Had to book this hotel as an emergency when we had a terrible Airbnb experience. concierge was excellent and made sure we felt safe. The location was spectacular and the venue is pristine! 10/10

The hotel is not inexpensive but it is worth the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is convenient to restaurants and sight-seeing. The property is on the coast and the view is spectacular. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel.

Such a gorgeous, elegant and luxurious hotel – new and modern but also tasteful and classic, and even better than we had expected. The location is incredible, directly across the road from the steps down to Spiaggia di Cala Rossa, and the option for paid valet parking made it so easy to arrive/check in/check out. Ortigia is small so everything is very walkable after arrival, and we felt like we had the best possible location in town – right on the water but so close to everything. Our room was so comfortable and cool, with views across to the sea – it’s clever to have the window raised above eye level so there’s privacy but also beautiful natural light and the view. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a stunning aperitivo in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. Overall, Maniace Boutique Hotel is up there with some of the loveliest modern five-star hotels we’ve stayed at around the world.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. In great location, garden room was nice and quiet (requested a quiet room and hotel accomdated it, which really appreciated it). Bed is very comfortable (not super soft which provide a great support for my back. Duvet and bedding are also comfortable. Pillows are on the slight firm end but still okay. Room is beautifully decorated. Breakfast also had loads of options. The only slight downside was one day the room has been made up but no fresh towels were replaced even though the old towels were on the floor and been removed. And we have requested new towels via reception, new towels arrived without issue.

Staff at Breakfast were top notch. Breakfast top notch. Reception check in service and parking were a disappointment. Phoned prior to arrival to make sure there was a space. When we arrived 5 minutes later we were told to go by and turn left, which was a mistake. Into the heart of the pedestrian town I went with my rental car. One way streets narrow. The extra insurance I had gave me confidence. Happily, no car wedgies.

Great Hotel

Very lovely, brand new waterfront property in Ortigia. When Apple Maps helpfully directed us to the property the wrong way down a one-way street, someone from the hotel came out to where we were and helped deal with the car. Overall very friendly and very nice. Great breakfast.
