When we arrived there were a few prople out front drinking and had a 6 pack on the ledge that they have outside. They had dogs barking throught night and before we left. In the morning, the hallway smelled like Marijuana, it came into room. We went to have breakfast they only had apple cinnamon fruit bar ( I'm allergic to cinnamon. So i decided to get coffee and my mom and sister got a cup, I did not because they didnt have any more. I asked the desk for coffee and she said they didnt have anymore and that they have to wait til it comes. The price we paid was definitely not worth the stay.

Worst hotel experience I have had so far

I enter the hotel lot and see people out front drinking and doing drugs. A gentleman approaches me once I enter the hotel elevator talking nonsense. The front desk ladies were complaining about a personal situation with the hotel. I enter my room and there is a terrible odor of dog! The sheets were a mess and there is dog food under the cabinets. I let the front desk know and ask that they change my room. They complied but only after charging me more to change my room. Like an idiot, I payed the up charge only to go to another dirty room with a broken tv. At this point I have had enough and decided to leave. I would highly recommend stay FAR away from this place!

We checked in and were charged for 1,300+ for two night. There was someone already in the room. There were no rooms left. The place looks very sketchy, not clean not safe. You should not offer it through your website. Very disappointed.

Overall run down facility, not clean, room smells of smoke was supposed to be non smoking room. Bed/pillows uncomfortable, linens stained. Refrigerator filthy on outside of the door. The front desk staff was friendly and did get us different pillows. Would not stay again. We stayed at one in Rochester that was excellent.

The room has a nice set up and a full size fridge which would be a bonus if I had been staying a few days. You just have to ask for everything - shampoo, dishes, etc. I was there fair week and they were NOT stocked for breakfast at all - no cream for coffee or lids for cups or food available except a couple of prepackaged muffins. The desk staff could not have cared less. When I asked about the 'Breakfast Included' just told me 'yeah. An order has been placed for stuff. It should be here tomorrow.'

Not happy at all

First off, I could tell the room was not cleaned properly prior to check in. The refrigerator had a half a case of beer in it. That right there tells me housekeeping did a half ass job. The floors were filthy. Hardwood floors? Really? Never stayed in a hotel with hardwood floors. The other residents ( I understand that it is used as a boarding hotel now) were walking around like they owned the place. I know it legal but the nasty stench of marijuana was everywhere. The bathtub had a leaky faucet. The "grab and go breakfast” was an absolute joke. A few bags of instant oatmeal and a few breakfast bars? No fruit? No plastic utensils for the oatmeal? All around, I was not pleased at all about our one night stay. If I was in town more than one night, I would have gone elsewhere. I really hope this is not what a typical night at you hotel is like. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

We got here at almost 2am, basically slept woke up and left. So wasn’t bad for one night. However, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It was very rundown. Walking down the hallway there were various smells, including cigarettes smoke and garbage. The room was very old and dingy. I turned the shower on and the shower head was facing the outside of the tub, therefore soaking the floor. The free breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate (with only coffee mate, no milk), oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins and nutri grain bars. So I wouldn’t exactly count on the free breakfast if that’s a deciding factor in booking here.
