Our stay was nice but facilities need to be updated. Found it hard to use the Sauna because it was crowded. Overall nice staff and rooms were cleaned but when asked to do room service while we were out, they didn't do it.

hotel room was filthy, floor was full of stains and dirt. bugs and spiderwebs all over the bathroom. toilet was noisy constantly running water even when not used recently.

We appreciated having a suite and being able to cook dinner in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk our dog on the green space surrounding the hotel.

The rooms are nice and better condition than the common areas. We had a great stay, the staff was kind and helpful, although there were a few issues. The hot tub was out of service throughout our whole stay. When it rained, there were multiple leaks from the ceiling in the hallway but not in the room (top/3rd floor). The one day we wanted housekeeping, we took our DND sign down around 10am but they had already marked us as done and didn't clean the room. Minor issues: Breakfast closes at 9:30, but the QR code directory in the room says 10. The phone in our room did not work (I just used my cell phone). The shower curtain was minorly ripped, which caused a couple puddles on the floor after showering.

Nice Breakfast - Not do clean floor

This Travelodge had a nice breakfast and lovely staff but the room floor and carpet were extremely dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and I wiped it and the cloth was black after, the carpet was also dirty and stained. The carpet was stained in other areas of the hotel too. I hope they can shampoo or replace the carpets soon.

Decent place

Friendly staff, you can see the place has been around for quite some time with some up grades. Some of the carpeting in the room and hallways has bunched up making for a tripping hazard. The hot water must travel a long way as it would take up to 4-5 minutes of steady running the water to get it hot. Overall it's a clean location with, in a good location, and a decent "free" breakfast with lots to choice from.

Clean renovated rooms with a larger minifridge. No elevator but only one level down or up from lobby. Self service laundry available (paid).

First stay in Sydney, NS

Hotel is older and could do with some renovations but overall good. Location good, central to anywhere you want to go. Had minor issue with the maintenance, took 4 to get new lightbulb for bathroom, maintenance reluctance to change as after hours. Had to go to front desk and request light after reporting to the maintenance.
