Possibly one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. The manager/owner, an older gentleman, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He kindly allowed us to check in early because our son wasn’t feeling well, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. Although he didn’t speak much English, he made every effort to communicate and ensure we had everything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he even gave us a beautiful old painting as a souvenir of our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Belgrade. Between the outstanding hospitality and the convenient location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom took away from the overall experience. The shower head needs to be replaced, and water leaked from the shower into the rest of the bathroom, creating a large mess after each use. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from upgrading its amenities, as they feel outdated. With some improvements to the facilities, this could be an even better place to stay.

Clean, excellent location

Newer hotel in Fruška Gora Termi. Adults only. Very intimate high end hotel. Limited spa options but a sister hotel spa privileges are included. Food is excellent. Pasta Bolognesa was delicious. Still lacks international marketing and few staff speak English. If you must have fluent English go to Moevenpek at 2x the price. We had a one bedroom apartment for $225. Surrounding is spectacular. Problem with parking access in and out. Smelly restroom, not very clean room and restroom, cigarette smell when opening window, crane worker who worked at the building above the hotel's parking space trowed old smelly urine on my car and on myself while exiting my rented car. Management did not contact me in any way for my complains and they did not compensate me for damages made to my clothing. I was forced to wash my rental car and to trow my expansive clothes. Also, I was forced to leave the hotel due to management ignorance. Only good thing about this hotel were breakfast and women who works there. I had impression that people who works at the hotel didn't have any power to solve my issues. Our visit was supposed to be 7 days but ended only four days. Was not reimbursed for remaining of the stay or damages made.
