Old world comfy rooms with great king bed and best shower!

I loved this place. It was quirky and clean and, well, modern. I wasn't expecting to be able to check out a bicycle, but it was a perfect way to get around flat downtown Boise. The location was great and I loved the gnome holding up the record player in the bathroom off the front desk. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good too. One of my favorite stays on a long road trip and reasonably priced as well!

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot into. It smells awful and is so run down. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower and all over the bed. There was a pile of crumbs and dirt on the floor. The was covered with astroturf and it smelled like urine. There were stains all over the curtains and the whole room was in complete disrepair. We were on the second floor and once we got off the elevator we were hit in the face with the smell of urine and the carpet was mostly duct tape in the hallway. We didn’t even end up staying there. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for a refund since we left and they keep giving me the run around. I called this morning and was told by the lady at the front desk to call back in 10-15 minutes and she would get the manager up to the front desk. I called back and she told me to call back at 3- 3:30 because the manager was busy and had meetings. I called back at 3:10 to be told that the manager had left for the day. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself having to pay for 2 rooms and just avoid this place.

Sparrow was awesome. Unique character hotel in heart of downtown walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly
