Before getting to the room. Tge front desk counter wss dirty and sticky. This set the tone ..... The room it sekf had a terrible fake fragrance smell, the floor was dirty and this bed was old and so soft it hurt my hip and shoulder. The other ratings are suspect. Not recommended.

Clean room. The motel is a bit dated but the rooms have been freshened. Fair price. Host was welcoming and pleasant.

Check in was smooth. The room was spacious and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Plus I needed help with the wifi and that was very much appreciated. Other than the hi way ( which is expected as we had the window open) the place was very quiet at night.

Although it was an older motel it was well maintained and very clean. Perfect as i was just passing through. Would stay again especially if i wanted to spend some time in Sudbury as it was so close.

I booked for 2 nights but stayed for only one due to a family emergency. Asked for refund for the unused night but they denied refund. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else ever! They took my money for nothing!

It is on a main highway so there is some noise, where I live it's noisy so that didn't bother me. when you want to eat you will have to go into Sudbury or maybe order delivery. If you plan on stopping to sleep and then get up in the morning, have a shower and go, for the money I would stay there again.
