Staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was fairly clean, minus the water damage to the ceiling. Parking was inconvenient, and the concrete speed bump going down the ramp of the garage bottoms out low cars if you’re not going at the right angle.

I liked the room. The beds were very comfortable. There are a few things that need attention. I couldn't use the plug in on the lamp. So I unplugged the clock. The elevator carpet is very dirty. A few things like scratched up furniture legs. The bathroom needs a night light. It is excessively bright at night time visits to the washroom. Doors slam if you let them go to shut. Other than things needing to be refreshed I.found all the staff to be very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was easy and quick. Not enough parking in front. There is a parking garage but very sketchy. Didn’t feel safe. The hotel was decent but walking to our room the halls smelt like people were smoking. The rooms were average. Beds were horrible. Every little move it sounded they were going to break. Bathroom has no vent to let out shower steam. Very outdated. The surrounding neighbourhood unfortunately was not a nice one. Lots of abandoned homes and sadly lots of homeless people. Breakfast was ok. Staff at breakfast were not overly welcoming. For a one night stay ok but if I had to stay longer I would definitely pay the extra dollar or two to stay at a better hotel.

The hotel room was big but bathroom was very small and needed updating. Unfortunately, Sudbury downtown is sad. Many homeless people bother you when walking. There are many abandoned buildings and basically no open stores for shopping.
