Liked the friendly staff and quick response to requests. Did not like broken fridge and broken hair dryer. I was offered space in the kitchen freezer (not convenient) and given a backup hair dryer (also bit inconvenient - after needed). Breakfast was good - especially gluten free options (on request). Appreciated staff finding us less puffy pillows - slept well the next 3 nights!

The desk staff was excellent. The woman in charge of the breakfast started putting things away at 9:00. As a result there was not much to choose from in the last 1/2 hour. She was very confrontational when a guest asked about the waffle maker. I too had planned on waffles but she was putting them away when I arrived. I managed to get yogurt and juice just as she was putting them away.
