Excellent and polite service. Our room was very quiet. Very fine and tasty breakfast in a quiet and large room, at the sound of cool jazz music. However, the hotel in general, the hallways and the rooms would need a little refreshing. Overall, very fine experience.

I was given a room i couldn't get in, while in the hallways so hot w a toddler. I had to go back to reception then told l already got check out...which i just checked in then got a parking lot view.

While we appreciated the hot breakfast selection, the temperature of the bacon and eggs were cold. It’s like they were put into the chafing dishes cold and never warmed up in an oven before serving. We stayed here twice and both times it was the same.

As others have said, the hotel is older and it shows. Shabby in spots, elevator buttons cracked but functional, crazy loud AC unit, worn carpets. Despite that, we were comfortable, it was quiet and the staff were all AMAZING! Probably the nicest staff we’ve dealt with at the many many hotels we stayed at. I’d recommend this place simply based on how friendly and inviting the staff are.

I will not stay here again.

I was in Sudbury to hisit my daughter. I have stayed at this location a few times. The room was average but comfortable. However it was in the basement. Lots of noise in the hallways at all hours until 3 AM!! Also it was next to the entrance to the hotel pool. The hallway and entrances to the hotel were not up to what a North American cleanliness standard. This hotel should get a visit from Hotels.com and Holiday Inn Head Office. Its not befitting the Holiday Inn name plate. It has become very trashy. I will not stay here again.

Meh

The bedding felt cheap and was full of pulls. There was a billboard in front that glared into the bedroom all night. There was no outside access door on our first floor wing so every time we came and went we had to walk back thru the lobby. The bathroom was so small, the vanity didn't run the full width of the bathroom and the door opened directly into the toilet - so you had to slide in between the sink and toilet to shut the door. All little things, but in total added up to a "Meh" experience for the price.

Decent hotel

It is a decent hotel, but getting a little run down. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling, the pool area is just tired. Breakfast was fantastic. It’s a decent place to stay for a night or two at a reasonable price
