My reservation was for a 1 King bed, pre-paid. When we checked in at 8:45 PM, we were given a 2 Queen bed and told they did not have to honor our reservation because it was through a third party, and the reservation was "only a request."  A conversation ensued. I had a printed copy of my reservation and he still insisted it was only a request.  Then, in my emails, I saw that at 5:40 PM that day our reservation had been changed to 2 queen beds.  We did NOT make that change.  The hotel did it!  After more arguing, we were finally given a 1 king bed room but told they were going to call Expedia and then Expedia would charge us more for the room and "then you're in for a dog fight with them."  What a bunch of lies!  The room had no soap in the bathroom or shower and the Wifi didn't work.  I had to argue with the morning desk person to get a printed receipt upon check out.  The breakfast staff was totally unfriendly as well.  This place is awful.  Outside condition of building is not clean.  Rooms are very dated.
