We did not have a room clean to stay in. No housekeeper on site. Left when no time estimated for cleaning the room. Called me 30 minutes later to say that they had found a room but we were already 30 minutes away. Expecting the hotel to do the right thing and refund the stay. They actually cancelled the reservation after I said I wasn’t coming back.

The air in the room felt damp and smelled like mildew, the air conditioner itself was outdated and couldn’t keep up. The staff was excellent and did an excellent job of making my stay comfortable.
